About Joanne Martin

Joanne has worked in the Hong Kong fitness industry for the past decade. She has served as an aerobic instructor at various Hong Kong recreation clubs and at California Fitness. Seven years ago, Joanne started to focus on mind body exercises and went on to instruct at the Isofit Studio. In 2003, Joanne founded the JM Pilates Studio.

 Pia has been in the fitness industry for several years.  She is a certified aerobics instructor and personal trainer with American Council of Exercise, Martial Arts instructor and a fully certified Pilates instructor with Body Arts and Science.  Pia is constantly keeping up with the latest research in the fitness world and how that effects the bodies she is working with.  A fountain of information to tap into, an eye on how best to move your body…..Pia can be contacted at (+852)91714860

JItka Wieland

Jitka discovered her passion for pilates after coming to Hong Kong in 2004.  Pilates has not only helped her to eliminate chronic backpain but has also helped her in developing a new mindset.

 

With the realization that Pilates had become more and more the focus of her life, she trained to become a certified Polestar Pilates Practitioner.

She continues to update her knowledge of Pilates and attends workshops and seminars regularly.
